Supported apps & platforms

VoiceBridge installs a virtual microphone on your Mac or PC. Any desktop app that lets you choose a microphone can use it.

Works with

  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Desktop (Mac & Windows)
  • Google Meet & Teams in Chrome, Safari, or Edge — pick mic in the browser
  • Discord, Slack, and other desktop apps with a microphone picker

Not supported

  • Mobile apps — WhatsApp, Meet, or Zoom on iPhone / Android
  • Phone or tablet — VoiceBridge runs on Mac and Windows desktop only
  • Apps that lock you to the built-in mic with no device picker

Press Start Translation in VoiceBridge before your call, then select VoiceBridge Microphone in the meeting app.

How to set up
